Chrl Joe Donahue

Joe Donahue, CHRL has over 13 years of experience in human resources. Joe began their career in 2007 as an HR Manager at Mondelēz International, where they worked for seven years. In 2014, Joe joined the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario as Director of Human Resources. Joe continues to hold this position.

Joe Donahue, CHRL, has a solid educational background in the field of Human Resources. Joe completed a Queen's Certificate in Advanced Human Resources from Queen's University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University from 2006 to 2007. Their academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology-Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, which they earned between 1993 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Joe Donahue has also obtained a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in September 2011.
