Professor Salwa Ibrahim

Professor Salwa Ibrahim is a highly experienced consultant and clinical professor specializing in Internal Medicine, Allergy, and Immunology. Since February 2022, Professor Ibrahim has served as a consultant and clinical professor at both Thumbay University Hospital and the Internal Medicine, Allergy, and Immunology unit, while also examining for the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. With a career spanning from their tenure at Ain Shams University starting in 1979 to their current roles, Professor Ibrahim has held multiple positions including international fellow and examiner with the RCPE, as well as consultant roles at various hospitals. The educational background includes an MD from Ain Shams University, followed by advanced training in immunology and allergy at Harvard Medical School and ongoing studies at Imperial College London.
