Stefanie Miltenburg

Stefanie Miltenburg serves as Head of Public Affairs and Manager of CSR/Sustainability at Royal FloraHolland since July 2016, focusing on sustainability strategy for a cooperative with 4,500 member growers. Additionally, Stefanie is a member of the Supervisory Board at MPS Group since September 2019 and previously supervised the UTZ Executive team from April 2011 to January 2019 as a Supervisory Board member. Numerous roles at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS from November 2002 to June 2016 included Manager of Global Sustainability and Director positions, overseeing various sustainability initiatives. Stefanie has held leadership positions at the European Coffee Federation, SAI Platform, and Sara Lee International, emphasizing sustainable sourcing and CSR strategies, with a foundational background as a Senior Food Scientist. Stefanie holds a Master of Science in Food Science from Wageningen University & Research and another Master of Science from Alkwin Kollege Uithoorn.
