John Ward

John Ward has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. John currently serves as the Head of Services (Business Operations) at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Clinical Services and Operations at The Andrology Company, where they achieved CQC registration for the organization and set up the peri-operative department. John also worked at HCA Healthcare UK as an Area Manager and later as a Clinical Practice Development Lead. John has experience as a Guest Lecturer and Tutor at London South Bank University and as the Head of Operations and Clinical Services at Vigore. Additionally, John has held various roles as a Senior Operating Department Practitioner at John Ward Limited, the Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust, and John Ward Perioperative Services Ltd. John also worked as a Neuro: Head and Spine Trauma Anaesthetic Practitioner at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and as a Freelance Operating Department Practitioner at Robinson Medical Recruitment.

John Ward holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Management from Aston Business School, which they completed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree with Merit in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London between 2015 and 2016. John also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a 2:1 classification in Psychology from The Open University, obtained from 2012 to 2015. John'searlier education includes completing a Diploma in Operating Department Practice (DipHE) in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from Edge Hill University from 2003 to 2006.
