Awj Shashaah has over a decade of experience in financial management, currently serving as a Senior Finance Officer at Royal Jordanian since May 2011. Awj's responsibilities include auditing outstation expenses, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. Prior roles at Royal Jordanian encompass Payroll Accountant and Financial Accounting Supervisor, where duties included processing payroll, managing deductions, and auditing HR adjustments. Earlier work experience includes customer service roles at Zain and Extensya, as well as a marketing and promotions internship at Service Technology. Awj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Al Jami'at Al-Hashimiyyah.
