Emma Bayliss-Chan

Emma Bayliss-Chan is currently the Head of Climate Strategy & Risk at Royal Mail, where responsibilities include driving the delivery of the 'Steps to Zero' decarbonisation strategy aimed at achieving SBTi validated near-term emission reduction targets and Net-Zero by 2040. Previously, Emma served as the Environment Strategy Delivery Manager and Sustainability Manager - Environment & Utilities at Westpac Group from February 2018 to May 2022, where expertise was developed in delivering sustainability strategies across major utilities and conducting environmental reporting. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Arts from UNSW and has also studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
