Fareeda Khan

Fareeda Khan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fareeda is currently working as a People Transformation Lead at Royal Mail, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Lightsource bp from 2022 to 2023, where they supported 18 Country Heads across EMEA & APAC and completed projects such as SAP Job Profile Builder and the Watson Talent Framework. From 2022 to 2022, Fareeda was an Org Design Consultant at Hargreaves Lansdown, where they developed organizational design principles and implemented a digital platform. Fareeda also worked as a Human Resources Project Lead at Essentra in 2021 and as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Aviva and LV= in the same year. In 2019, Fareeda was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mirco Focus, where they led a global finance transformation program. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from 2018 to 2019, delivering a people strategy and managing a global business transformational change program. In 2017, Fareeda worked as an HR Business Partner at National Citizen Service and played a key role in setting up a people function for the organization. Fareeda started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Deloitte UK from 2015 to 2017, where they partnered with senior leaders and guided a HR transformational restructure. Overall, Fareeda brings extensive experience in HR, organizational design, and transformational projects.

Fareeda Khan obtained a Chartered Member of the CIPD certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from 2008 to 2010. Fareeda also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in HRM from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. In addition, Fareeda holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Economics from the Institute of Education, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (BA Hons) degree in Economics and Law from London Metropolitan University. Fareeda has also completed Level A & B Psychometric Testing from the British Psychological Society, although no specific dates were provided for this.
