Gillian Baker

Gillian Baker's work experience includes roles as a Geography Teacher at Hitchin Boys' School starting in 2023 and at St. George's School starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Royal Mail, including Head of Commercial Operations and Head of Commercial Planning. Gillian also worked as a Business Manager at Royal Mail Logistics and as a Head of Logistic Planning. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Post Office, where they were responsible for the communication and rebranding of the Post Office products and services.

Gillian Baker holds a QTS degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from The Alban Federation. Gillian completed a Company Management Course in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Behaviours at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Gillian also holds an ISP Diploma in Sales Promotions from the Institute of Sales Promotions. Gillian pursued a Business degree in Marketing at the University of the West of Scotland and completed their high school education at Paisley Grammar School, focusing on Highers & 'O'Grades. Currently, they are pursuing a further degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at The Alban Federation.
