People Change Lead - Processing at Royal Mail

Janet Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Janet started their career at IHG in 1998, where they worked as a Regional Revenue Manager and later as the Director of Business Development. In 2000, they joined The Midland as Deputy General Manager. Janet then moved to IHG, where they held various General Manager positions, including at Crowne Plaza Cambridge, Holiday Inn Dublin Airport, and Holiday Inn Milton Keynes. From 2006 to 2010, they served as the General Manager at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport. Janet also worked at Royal Mail as a People Change Lead - Processing, leading a team on several projects involving the introduction of digital tools and managing stakeholders. Throughout their career, they have shown strong leadership skills and a focus on strategic direction, budgeting, operational standards, and employee engagement.

Janet Richardson completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Open University from 2002 to 2006. In 2018 to 2020, they pursued their Level 5 CIPD Qualifications in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, in 2019, they received training in Business Change Management from APMG.
