Kate Colclough

Kate Colclough currently serves as Operations Performance Lead at Royal Mail since November 2023. Previously, Kate held various roles at Co-op from November 2015 to November 2023, including Operations Manager Core and Area Manager, overseeing 25 convenience retail outlets and leading a team of approximately 400 to achieve significant annual turnover. Prior experience includes positions at Tesco from October 2008 to November 2015, where Kate worked as an Area Change Coach and Store Manager, with earlier roles as Trading Manager and various line manager positions. Kate earned a Foundation degree in Retail Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2008-2010) and completed education at Headlands Sixth Form Bridlington and Headlands School Bridlington.
