Paula Stannett

Paula Stannett currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Royal Mail, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience was accumulated at Heathrow from June 1999 to September 2024, including various leadership positions such as Executive HR Director, HR Director for Airports Division & Support Services, and Reward Director, among others. Earlier in career history, Paula held significant roles at Asda from September 1987 to June 1999, including HR Manager and Store Manager. Paula Stannett holds a BA Hons in Communication Studies from Nottingham Trent University and completed high school education at Lady Verney Grammar School in High Wycombe.
