Susan Harvey

Susan Harvey has over three decades of experience in operations and management, currently serving as Head of Central Operations at Royal Mail since November 1997. Throughout this tenure, Susan has held several key positions including Head of Network Management, Head Of Change Management, Network Traffic & Resource Planning Manager, and ACD Manager. Prior to joining Royal Mail, Susan held various roles at John Lewis from 1989 to November 1998.
