Suqin Chua

Suqin Chua is a UX Research Associate at the Royal Ballet and Opera, specializing in the entertainment and culture sector. In this role since June 2023, Suqin has led strategic user research to enhance the user experience of various digital products, including streaming platforms and donation processes. Previously, Suqin served as a UX Designer at Xel Digital and discover, focusing on stakeholder engagement, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions. Suqin's earlier experience includes architectural roles at BEP Akitek, Metaphor Design + Architecture Pte Ltd, and AR Design Management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Computer Interaction Design from City, University of London, and a BA(Hons) in Architecture from the University of Kent.
