Scott Manning

Scott Manning, D.Sc., PMP, serves as an Associate Faculty Member at the University of Victoria since July 2022 and at Royal Roads University since January 2020, contributing to the Disaster and Emergency Management Program. Manning has extensive experience at the Virginia Department of Transportation since May 1998, where roles include Senior Operations Analyst and Special Projects Manager, Technical Training Specialist and Program Consultant, District Engineering Coordinator, and Materials Engineering Specialist.
