Director Of IT at Royal Technologies Corporation

French Williams has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Consultant at Microvisions, Inc. In 2002, they joined Royal Technologies Corp. as an IT Manager, where they built and led a team of IT professionals. During their tenure, they successfully reduced helpdesk volumes while maintaining levels, and increased ERP uptime. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of IT at Royal Technologies Corp. Additionally, from 2009 to 2012, they served as a Steering Committee Member and later as the Chairman for the Information Technology Management Association (ITMA), where they facilitated committee meetings, provided updates to members, and moderated CIO panels during the West Michigan IT Symposium.

French Williams completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Valley State University. Their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical and Scientific Communication was earned from Michigan Technological University between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, French Williams obtained certification as an Associate Cloud Engineer from Google in September 2019.
