Isha Gada

Isha Gada is a skilled professional with extensive experience in organizational development, learning, and human resources management. Currently serving as Manager of Organizational Development at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre since January 2023, Isha previously held the position of Manager of Learning and Development at Refrigerative Supply Limited, where significant initiatives included the establishment of RSL University and the creation of a Leadership Development Program. With a background in various human resources roles across multiple organizations, Isha has demonstrated expertise in onboarding strategy, recruitment, and talent analytics, as well as developing training programs for management.
