Suzanne Owens

Suzanne Owens is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People Development and Retention at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre since December 2023. In this role, Suzanne leads a team focused on cultivating a strong learning and recognition culture to enhance engagement, recognition, and quality patient care. Prior to this position, Suzanne worked at Trillium Health Partners from July 2008 to December 2023, where roles included Manager of Employee and Labour Relations, leading teams to support innovative healthcare delivery. Earlier experience includes various human resources roles at KTM Locks, a division of Magna International, from September 2000 to July 2008. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from York University and is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Seneca Polytechnic.
