Furqan Hashim

Furqan Hashim has a strong background in data science and quantitative analysis. Furqan started their career as an intern at Daraz.pk in 2016. Furqan then went on to work at HBL - Habib Bank Limited as a Data Scientist from 2018 to 2020, before being promoted to the role of Senior Data Scientist until 2021. Furqan then worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Cairnhill Capital from 2020 to 2021. Furqan then joined InferStat Ltd as a Trading Idea Researcher from 2021 to 2022, followed by a role as a Senior Data Scientist at dnata from 2021 to 2022. Furqan is currently working as a Data Scientist at Royal Cyber Inc. since 2023.

Furqan Hashim completed their Bachelor's Degree in BS Economics and Mathematics from the Institute of Business Administration from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their A' levels at the Beaconhouse school system from 2010 to 2012, and completed their O' levels at the same school from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Furqan also obtained certifications in "Machine Learning A-Z™: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science" from Udemy in November 2018 and "Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra" from Coursera in September 2018.
