Gillian Nash-Kennell, BSc Hons, MCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director at Roythornes Solicitors since March 2015, Gillian plays a critical role in enhancing organizational effectiveness within a commercial practice focused on agriculture, food, and property. Previously, Gillian held significant HR leadership positions at Specsavers as Head of HR for Retail and as Senior HR Business Partner, where notable achievements included the development of an Employment Law advice line and fostering a culture of performance management.
