Rafael G.

Rafael G. has extensive experience in energy engineering, specializing in photovoltaic (PV) systems and project management. Currently serving as Head of PV at RP Global since May 2022, Rafael is responsible for the technical development of PV and Agri-PV projects, including layouts, electrical designs, and energy production forecasts. Previously, as Technical and Executive Director at Revolusolar, Rafael managed multiple teams and played a key role in strategic planning and project implementation, including the first solar energy cooperative in a Brazilian favela. Rafael's prior roles include Senior Energy Engineer at Frankfurt Energy Holding GmbH, Energy Portfolio Manager at Energieversorgung Offenbach AG, and development roles at AREVA NP and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Rafael holds an M.Sc. in Energy Conversion and Management from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes.
