Adrian Golding

VP of Customer Success at RPA Supervisor

Adrian Golding has over 20 years of work experience in customer service and customer success roles. Adrian began their career in 1998 as a Planning Manager at British Gas, followed by a Quality Assurance Manager role at Centrica from 1999-2003. From 2003-2005, they were the Diversity and Complaints Strategy Manager at The Automobile Association. Adrian then worked as a Business Consultant from 2005-2008, before becoming the Director of Client Relations, International at Satmetrix from 2008-2013. Adrian then moved on to become the Director of Customer Success at Exact from 2013-2015, followed by a VP of Customer Success role at Triptease from 2015-2018. In 2018, they became the Chief Customer Officer at Cloud.IQ, and in 2020 they moved to Reputation.com as VP EMEA Customer Success. Most recently, they were appointed as the VP of Customer Success at RPA Supervisor in 2022.

Adrian Golding completed their GSCE's at Verulam School for Boys from 1984 to 1988. Adrian then attended Imberhorne School from 1989 to 1991, where they completed their A levels. In 2001, they enrolled at Kingston Business School, where they obtained a Diploma in Management Studies followed by an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
