Ellinor Davey - Chartered MCIPD has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Senior Manager of People Projects at RPC since March 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic projects related to people, talent development, and resourcing, alongside leading the UK Early Talent team. Prior to this role, Ellinor held various positions at Ashurst from March 2011 to February 2012, starting as HR Assistant, and held several early talent and resourcing roles at RPC. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Practice from BPP Business School, as well as a 2:1 degree in History from UCL and certifications in Change Management from APMG International.
