Wendy Boey

Wendy B. is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of People Projects for Asia Pacific at Weber Shandwick since July 2022. Wendy supports the Chief People Officer and champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by developing inclusive policies and deriving insights from employee feedback. Wendy has previous experience as a Benefits Operations Program Manager at Meta, where the focus was on APAC’s Time Away benefits, and as Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at DKSH, handling operations for globally mobile employees. Wendy has also held positions at Dentsu Aegis Network, foong handmade, Allergan, and has engaged in various roles within marketing and administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University, a Diploma in Compensation & Benefits Management from SHRI Academy, and a Certificate in Payroll Administration from SHRI Academy.
