Ria Gouvouniotis

Ria Gouvouniotis, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and training within the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Training & Development and previously as Property Operations Manager at RPM Development Group since April 2021, Ria also holds the position of President & CEO at Simply Platinum since September 2013. Prior roles include Multi-site Property Manager at Affordable Housing Alliance NJ, Property Manager at Pennrose, and Director of Sales at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Ria's career began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where a progression of roles culminated in Front Office Manager. Ria holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality Management from Montclair State University.
