Bradley Janer has extensive work experience in the logistics and operations industry. Bradley started their career at Coyote Logistics in 2011 as a National Account Manager, managing individual accounts and generating business through sales efforts. Bradley then held various roles at Coyote Logistics, including Enterprise Operations Coordinator, Operations Team Lead, and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing internal operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In 2017, Bradley joined RPM as a Director of Sales, where they developed and maintained new business, gained market share, improved operational efficiencies, and effectively managed personnel. Bradley later became a Senior Director of Operations, overseeing the company's operations strategies. In 2021, they took on the role of Vice President Customer Operations before being promoted to Vice President, Project Operations in 2023.
Throughout their career, Bradley has demonstrated excellent leadership, business acumen, and an understanding of business strategies. Bradley has also leveraged their skills in product analysis, software development, and market analysis to enhance operational performance and create valuable tools for customers.
Bradley Janer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Detroit Mercy, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Bradley also holds several certifications including a Pragmatic Marketing - Level Three (PMC-III) certification from the Pragmatic Institute and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from DePaul University. Bradley obtained the Pragmatic Marketing certification in January 2018 and the Six Sigma Green Belt certification in March 2016.
