Timothy R. Kinser

Timothy R. Kinser was elected vice president of operations in June 2018. Together with Gordon Hyde, he leads RPM’s manufacturing, supply chain and procurement improvement initiatives across all RPM business segments. In this role, he is primarily focused on identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiencies, reduce operating costs and track progress against established performance metrics. In addition, he plays a key role in RPM’s annual planning process and oversees its global sourcing teams.

Mr. Kinser most recently held the title of executive vice president of operations at DAP Products Inc., an RPM operating company, where he was instrumental in improving critical areas of safety, quality, service and cost. Prior to joining DAP in 2007, he was executive director of manufacturing at a leading North American roofing manufacturer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Akron.
