Erica Askew

Erica Askew, ARM, CAM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Vice President at RPM Living since February 2021, where previous roles included Senior Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Prior to this, Erica held the position of Sr. Community Manager at Greystar from December 2015 to February 2021 and was also a Sr. Community Manager at Alliance Residential Company from December 2006 to December 2015. Earlier in Erica's career, roles included Assistant Manager at SMI Realty from February 2004 to December 2006 and Leasing Agent at Alliance Residential Management from January 2002 to February 2004. Erica completed education at Jersey Village High School between 1998 and 2001.
