Kirsten Weaver

Kirsten Weaver, CAPS®, is an experienced professional in the property management sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RPM Living since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kirsten held the position of Regional Vice President at Royal American Management, Inc. from May 2021 to September 2022, and has extensive experience as a Regional Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners and Peak Campus. Kirsten's career also includes a role as Regional Director at RISE: A Real Estate Company and various management positions at Ambling Management Company, including Regional Property Manager, Property Manager, and Leasing Manager. Kirsten began in property management as a Leasing Consultant at Contemporary Management Concepts, LLLP, and earlier served as a Student Supervisor at the University of Central Florida Library. Kirsten earned a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida between 2005 and 2009.
