Nathan Veliz

Nathan Veliz, MRED, CPM®, currently serves as Vice President Operations at RPM Living since August 2023. Previously, Nathan held the position of Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2022 to August 2023 and Vice President Operations at Related Companies from September 2021 to September 2022. Additional experience includes Regional Portfolio Manager at Bozzuto, Regional Property Manager at The Dolben Company, Inc., and Regional Property Manager at Harbor Group Management. Nathan's career began as a Property Manager at The Lynd Company from January 2009 to December 2011. Nathan holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
