Robyn Andrews

Robyn Andrews, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at RPM Living since December 2022, following a role as Regional Human Resources Manager. As an Executive Coach and HR Consultant at Andrews Advantage since October 2018, Robyn has also held significant positions including Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Director of Human Resources at Universal Pure. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Grainger, where Robyn progressed from Executive Sales Administrative Assistant to Regional Human Resources Manager, and military service as Chief Warrant Officer in the US Navy. Robyn holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University, a Master in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology, and a B.A. in Business from Saint Leo University.
