Natalie Herbert

Natalie Herbert has extensive experience in leadership and performance development, as well as sport psychology. Natalie has worked as a Talent and Leadership Development Lead at RQM+, where they provided L&D leadership and performance coaching for a global organization. Natalie also designed and delivered leadership skills training programs and provided professional and behavioral skills training. Natalie worked as a Performance and Wellbeing Lead at RQM+ as well, where they designed and delivered a global new hire orientation program and led a company-wide wellbeing initiative. Natalie provided executive coaching to business leaders and managed external partners for wellness training. Natalie also worked as a Project Coordinator at RQM+ and as a Performance Psychologist at Embrace Performance. Natalie is currently working as a Sport Psychology Consultant at Brave Mind, a Visiting Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, and a Consultant Psychologist at Goalball UK - NGB. Previously, they worked as a Performance Psychology Consultant at Bromsgrove School and provided sport psychology support at Loughborough University. Natalie has a strong background in using various techniques including counselling approaches and cognitive-behavioral therapy to maximize human performance in sport and business environments.

Natalie Herbert obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of East Anglia in 2016. Natalie then pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Natalie attended Sussex Downs College from 2010 to 2013. Natalie also holds additional certifications, including being a MindGym Certified Coach and a Mental Health First Aider. Natalie obtained the UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) Accredited Advisor certification in November 2019 and became a Trainee Sport and Exercise Psychologist recognized by The British Psychological Society in the same year.
