Julie Gerbino

Julie Gerbino, CAPS, currently serves as the Director of Operations at RR Living since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Property Manager at CLEAR Property Management from February 2018 to January 2021 and at Pinnacle Property Management Services from February 2015 to February 2018. Julie also held the title of Assistant Community Director at FPI Management, Inc. from April 2012 to February 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining and recertifying documentation for tax credit communities per state and HUD regulations. Earlier career positions include Assistant Manager at Davis Development and Community Manager at Sheng-Raamco. Julie possesses an Associate's degree in Accounting/Business Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, earned between 1995 and 1997.
