Susan Whalen

Susan Whalen has extensive experience in both human relations and the operational side of a business. Susan joined RRM Design Group in 2001 as the Chief Operations Officer, where they are responsible for the day-to-day functioning of offices, people, and buildings. Susan also takes part in strategic planning and long-range planning for the firm. Susan is skilled at creating efficient and effective processes. Prior to joining RRM, they worked at John Muir Medical Center from 1992 to 2000, where they held various roles in HR, including Benefits Manager, Recruiter, and HR Special Projects & Consulting.

Susan Whalen earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. Susan then pursued further education at California State University, Chico, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, studying from 1986 to 1987.
