Johanna Recny

Johanna Recny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Johanna is currently working at Rapid Response Monitoring as a Financial Processing Analyst. Prior to this, they held various roles at Noble Health Services, including Manager of Finance and Business Intelligence, where they successfully led the finance and business intelligence team in achieving departmental goals and implementing an all-encompassing PowerBI dashboard for budgeting purposes. Johanna also worked as a Financial Analyst at Noble Health Services.

Before joining Noble Health Services, Johanna worked at St. Joseph's Health as a Business App Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for application build and optimization, was awarded the Spirit of St. Joseph's Health Award twice for their exceptional restructuring and implementation of departmental workflows, and managed the successful execution of a community connect appointment conversion project.

Johanna also has experience as a Funds Administrator at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where they assisted the offshore funds team with money market trading and client reporting. Johanna started their career as a Library Assistant at Le Moyne College, providing support to students and faculty in various library functions. Johanna also had internships as an Internal Auditor at Community Bank, N.A. and as an HR Intern at Mold Rite Plastics. Additionally, they worked as a Guide at AuSable Chasm.

Johanna Recny holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General, which they earned from Le Moyne College between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Information Systems at Le Moyne College from 2011 to 2015. In 2014, Johanna also had a brief academic stint at The University of Auckland, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.
