Paulette Kuehnert

Paulette Kuehnert has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paulette currently works as the Director of Software Development at Rapid Response Monitoring since May 2019.

Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Monro Muffler Brake from September 2013 to October 2018. In this role, they reported to the CFO and managed a team of 45+ employees. Paulette was responsible for developing and maintaining the company's IT capital and expense budgets.

Before joining Monro Muffler Brake, Paulette worked as an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2013 to September 2013.

From December 2009 to December 2012, they held the position of Senior Director of Strategic IT Initiatives at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC. In this role, they led a team of project managers and business process analysts, overseeing multiple application implementations across 13 production and office sites throughout the US.

Prior to their time at Pinnacle Foods Group, Paulette held various positions at Birds Eye Foods from January 1991 to December 2009. Paulette served as the Director of IS - Applications from January 2005 to December 2009, where they supervised all functions related to the management of business applications. Paulette also served as the Director of IS - Open Systems Applications and Databases from January 2003 to January 2005, and as the Manager of Application Development from January 2000 to January 2003.

Earlier in their career, Paulette worked at Tomaselli Associates from August 1987 to January 1991 as a Programmer/Analyst, maintaining programs for utility billing, payroll, and budgeting systems for municipalities. Paulette also outsourced as a contract programmer to Birds Eye Foods during this time.

Overall, Paulette Kuehnert has extensive experience in IT management and has successfully led teams and implemented various applications across different organizations.

Paulette Kuehnert has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Information Science and Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. Additionally, they have also earned a certification titled "Become an Agile Project Manager" from LinkedIn in November 2018.
