Jon O'Neal

Jon O'Neal is a Project Controller at RS21. Jon was previously an EBT Specialist at WVDHHR from June 2012 to March 2018. Prior to that, they were an Administrative Assistant at MedExpress from February 2011 to June 2011, where they evaluated insurance claims and processed refunds, and entered, edited, and deleted transactions into an online database. Additionally, Jon O'Neal was an Operations Management Specialist at UPS from November 2011 to January 2012. Jon has also been a Style Editor at the West Virginia University School of Journalism Alumni Magazine from February 2011 to June 2011, and a Staff Writer at the Times-West Virginian from September 2008 to December 2009.
