Joanna Andronikou

Joanna Andronikou has extensive experience in governance, risk, and control, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at RSA since October 2013. Throughout a successful career at RSA, Joanna has held several key positions, including Head of Governance, Risk & Control, Interim Head of Personal Lines Risk and Control, and Programme Assurance Lead. Prior to RSA, Joanna worked at EY as an Executive in Financial Services Assurance from November 2008 to September 2013. Joanna holds the FCCA qualification from ACCA and earned a BSc in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.
