John Barnes

John Barnes has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Pricing Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group and later moving on to roles such as Pricing Manager at UK General Insurance and Head of Pricing at Marshmallow. John has expertise in areas such as pricing strategy, risk modeling, and team management. Prior to their insurance career, John worked as a Research Scientist at Peakdale Molecular and completed their PhD in Chemistry at the University of Manchester.

John Barnes has a degree in Actuarial Science from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. John then went on to obtain a Masters degree in an unspecified field of study from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2007. Following that, they pursued a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences & Chemistry at the same university, completing their studies in 2011.
