Lee Bowen Mst

Lee Bowen MSt (Cantab), BSc (Hons) (ACFS) is an experienced professional specializing in fraud and investigations. Currently serving as Head of Non-Insurance Fraud & Investigations at RSA since August 2022, Lee previously worked as a Coach at the Cambridge Centre for Evidence-Based Policing from April 2021 to March 2023 and held the position of Head of Investigations Fraud Operations at the City of London Police for three decades, from August 1992 to August 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master of Studies in Criminology from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Sociology from the University of Essex, and Level 4 and Level 3 certifications in Education and Training, as well as Coaching and Mentoring from the City & Guilds of London Art School.
