Louis Marcotte

Louis is the Chief Financial Officer of Intact Financial Corporation, RSA’s parent company. Louis has held the roles of Senior Vice President of Strategic Distribution and prior to that, he was Treasurer of Intact Financial Corporation responsible for Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Treasury.

Louis has more than 30 years of progressive international experience in financial management with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, system implementation, public reporting tax and corporate governance.

He is a graduate of McGill University, holds an executive MBA from the Vlerick School of Business, and is a Fellow of the Quebec Order of CPAs.
