Tim Heffer

Tim Heffer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tim worked at RSA as the Deputy CISO - Business Change and Engagement, where they enhanced access management capabilities and improved the team's cyber governance expertise. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of IT Operational Risk at Legal & General, responsible for implementing IT oversight and reviewing all Cloud implementations. Tim also held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Senior Manager - IT Risk and Senior Business Partner - SD Delivery Assurance, where they managed IT resilience, delivery assurance, and risk response. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, leading multi-disciplinary programmes and managing the procurement and contract management of resources for major projects. Tim started their career as a Senior Planner at Transport for London.

Tim Heffer earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from The University of Sheffield in 2001. Prior to that, they attended The Kings School Chester from 1991 to 1998. Tim later pursued further education, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science at The University of Sheffield in 2002.
