Lawrence Hartley

Lawrence Hartley possesses extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits & Captives at Risk Strategies Company since May 2016. Prior to this role, Lawrence founded and served as President of OakBridge Advisors until its acquisition by Risk Strategies Company in May 2016. Lawrence also led Hartley & Company Insurance Services as President from January 1997 to June 2008 and held the position of Director of Operations at Guardian Life Insurance Company from December 2003 to April 2006. Educationally, Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.
