Ranjani Raman

Ranjani Raman is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical staffing and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Lead Technical Recruiter at RSC Solutions since March 2024, Ranjani previously held the position of Principal Recruiter at Mitchell Martin Inc., one of the largest staffing firms in the US, from October 2022 to March 2024. Ranjani has also worked at Mitchell Martin Inc. in various capacities since 2010, including Senior Technical Recruiter. Early career experience includes roles at Kforce Inc., Cambridge Solutions in Singapore, and Virtusa India Pvt Ltd, focusing on recruitment for the IT sector across multiple regions. Ranjani holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Anna University Chennai and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
