Simon Heywood

Simon Heywood's work experience begins in 2007 at DHL Supply Chain, where they held roles as a Supply Chain Development Manager and later as a Senior Strategic Development Manager. In 2012, they joined NHS Supply Chain as the Head of Development/Acute Services, responsible for strategy implementation and development of service offerings. Simon then became the Head of Service Solutions, leading a team focused on supporting the NHS with its savings challenge. In 2016, they joined Cromwell as a Group Director, responsible for leading the Strategic Transformation Change Portfolio and managing complex projects and programs. In 2020, Simon worked at Greene King as a Transformation Programme Manager before seeking new opportunities in Digital and Business Transformation. In 2021, they joined OKdo as the VP of Strategic Transformation and later became the Strategic Transformation Director. Finally, in 2022, Simon Heywood joined RS as the VP of Strategic Transformation for RS Digital & Innovation.

Simon Heywood has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Simon also has a Graduate Diploma in MCIPS (Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Simon has obtained various certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and AXELOS Global Best Practice in areas such as project management, data analysis, and program management.
