As senior vice president of manufacturing and technical operations, Rob leads all aspects of operations, including manufacturing, logistics, materials, engineering, and quality.
Rob received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in management from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has 30 years of progressive operations, engineering, and general management experience across a variety of global corporations.
Rob challenges himself daily to be deliberate and intentional in driving the applications of technology and innovation. His typical day is spent searching for the art of what’s possible and identifying new solutions to solve problems in the disparate areas of the value stream process.
Prior to joining the company, Rob gained 20 years of operations, general management, and engineering experience at Diamond Innovations (GE Superabrasives), a leading supplier of industrial diamonds, and Techneglas (Owens-Illinois), a manufacturer of glass components and resins. Rob’s leadership development is rooted in performance management and servant leadership—both of which are recognized as critical attributes of the culture within American Woodmark. As a vision-driven, values-based company, American Woodmark has afforded Rob the opportunity to positively impact the lives of many individuals, while also fostering his own personal growth.
