Norm Fodera

Norm Fodera possesses a diverse skill set with extensive experience in support roles and leadership positions across various industries. Currently serving as a Support Worker Team Leader at RSL LifeCare Limited since May 2023, Norm has also been a Community Support Worker at Sunnyfield Disability Services and a Personal Support Worker at Australian Home Care since 2020. Norm's background includes a long tenure at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Team Leader and varied roles at Caterpillar Inc. and Group Four Security. With a Diploma of Paramedical Science obtained from Australian Paramedical College, Norm previously trained as a Paramedic and has held leadership roles in retail at Bing Lee Electrics.
