Sebouh Karakashian

Sebouh Karakashian is an experienced IT and security professional with a comprehensive background in risk management, compliance, and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Leader for Payment Card Industry Services at RSM US LLP since February 2014, Sebouh has previously held leadership roles in security and privacy risk consulting. Sebouh's extensive career also includes positions as IT Security Lead at Engility Corporation and Senior IT Manager at Altria Corporate Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT security, risk assessment, and compliance operations. An Advisory Board Member at Rutgers Cyber Security and a Consultant at Endurance, Sebouh has contributed to various information technology projects. Sebouh began a career in IT at L-3 Communications, progressing from Software Engineer to Manager, Systems Support. Sebouh holds a Master’s in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University.
