Lauren V. has a diverse work experience background. They began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MThree Consulting in February 2017 and worked in this role until January 2019. Following that, they joined FARFETCH in February 2019 as a Talent Operations Coordinator for three years and then transitioned to a People Experience Specialist role from July 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Lauren is the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead at RSM UK, starting in March 2023.
