Ben Gray

Ben Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business strategy, data science, and project management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at RSN Property Group since January 2022, Ben focuses on private equity operations, including equity raising and investor relations. Previously, Ben managed the Data Science and Data Engineering Professional Services unit across multiple regions at VMware from July 2016 to November 2023, following the acquisition of Pivotal. As Founder of American Properties International LLC from May 2013 to December 2021, Ben specialized in connecting Australian real estate investors with lucrative U.S. opportunities. Prior roles include Product Owner at Deutsche Bank, Project Manager at Citi and Macquarie Group, and various IT contracts in London. Ben founded Smooth Computers, an IT services business, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Edith Cowan University.
