Jen Hecht

Jen Hecht is the current Vice President of People Operations at RStudio. Jen has extensive experience in workforce solutions and people analytics, having served as the Senior Director of Workforce Solutions and People Analytics at PerkinElmer, Inc. from October 2016 to March 2018, and as the Director of People Analytics at Biogen from September 2013 to July 2016. Prior to their work in people analytics, Jen held the position of Director of HR Analytics at Fidelity Investments from January 2002 to September 2013, and HR, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Manager at Applause Music, Inc. from January 1991 to December 2000.

Jen Hecht has a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota. Jen also has a Big Data and Social Analytics Certificate Course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jen Hecht's Master of Science (MS) is in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Jen also has a Certificate in Executive Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University via Coursera. Jen Hecht has also completed a Professional Education Program in Design and Analysis of Experiments from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jen Hecht's Master of Arts (MA) is in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Jen also studied English, Psychology, and Music at Macalester College.
